      Good people in a bad culture

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, some flexibility around schedules, a lot of smart people with a drive to do their best and contribute. Business is growing even in a down economy.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from the top down. No real structure. Priorities are set based on constantly trying to navigate the founders' changing mood. They do deliver for partners and customers, but its always done the hard way.

      Pros

      - Free Vision and Dental - Friendly employees - Work-life is relaxed - Casual atmosphere - Catered lunch on Mondays - Opportunity to get P&C Insurance License - Solving a need in the Commercial Insurance world

      Cons

      - They don't offer real PTO/Sick days/Vacation days to the CSA team no matter how long you've worked there. You have the ability to earn something like 2 hours of PTO each month. - Promotions are only based upon favoritism. - Low starting pay - Only leadership's opinions are heard. - CSAs are hardly involved in the company culture. - Since there are no paid sick days, they basically encourage you to come into work sick, otherwise it will count as an "occurrence" against you.

      No training, no advancement opportunities, doesn’t value employees. Favoritism and lack of communication and goals.
