Pros

great company culture. They took great measures to take care of the employees with lunches and amenities. Young company with an exciting energy and rapid growth. Leadership communicates vision clearly to team and they certainly know how to stay focused on their "one goal". Additionally there are strong opportunities for growth if that is what you are looking for.

Cons

although being a CSA can be repetitive , they do take a ton of measures to ensure employees feel happy and fulfilled.
