      - Ethics and morals are evident - Boldt family members are hands-on and involved - Construction is an exciting industry - ESOP opportunity - Wonderful colleagues in ops group - Managers give latitude and trust - Generous salary and benefits - Room to grow - You perform = You are recognized - Recent positive changes in accountability - Chances to get involved in community - Truly passionate people in ops group!

      Cons

      - Politics at the corporate level - ESOP not explained well - Changes in accountability are not happening fast enough. Example: HR director was let go but then brought back into a newly created position in a different department, showed that the company backpedaled its "commitment" to accountability

      Safety was discussed a lot

      This company talks about ethics and integrity and they used to have it, when Oscar Boldt ran the company. They are a lot of talk but turn their heads when real issues arise. Top heavy with poor inexperienced management. Cannot get jobs or make money on the jobs we get in a booming market?? And employee owned which means this effects the employee's paychecks and benefits.
