      Pros

      The benefits are top-notch for the most part. Vacation time is pretty fair. The ESOP is good. Leadership is hit and miss throughout the company/regions.

      Cons

      Try to avoid office drama, especially among the admins. There are cliche groups and if you're in, you're good. If not, find a way to work your way up. Some managers have a tendency to micromanage.
