      Promotes Team culture and provides the opportunity to become strong leaders. BOLDT allows people the opportunity to manage from the field and explore the superintendent side of the industry

      Cons

      There are 2 main projects in the San Francisco. The projects are coming to an end. Not sure where they will place people in the mean time or if they will let people go.

      Cons
