      Pros

      The Boldt family are the most amazing people to work for. Even as a $1B company, upper management knows your name, what you do, what projects you're supporting and truly care about you and your input.

      Cons

      Pay & benefits aren't competitive, however - working for an ethical company that allows the freedom to do your job without being micromanaged is priceless.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Very much a team environment with a heavy emphasis on Lean principles. There is a lot to learn here.

      Cons

      Slow to change. Appears to not want to hire people until we get a job. Which is good and bad.
