      Pros

      Boldt values their employees and treats them accordingly. The leadership team is committed to continuous improvement and building value through employee growth and meeting clients needs - the culture is not just to make money. The atmosphere is very collaborative and the management are accessible and willing to listen. The company recently became an employee owned stock partnership which is an incredible opportunity for young people looking to start a career.

      Pros

      Family owned company that puts honesty and ethics first which you don't always see in this industry.

      Cons

      Management believes their own propaganda and believes employees will stay just because this is a great place to work. Because of this pay and benefits lag compared to the industry. Losing good employees because of this.
