      A few nice genuine people to work with.

      Cons

      Continued struggles due to weak, ineffective and/or inexperienced corporate executive management group. Lack of confidence in this group pervades the organization. Still floundering in terms of new business development particularly in the Wisconsin market as local competitors continue to put us in the rear view mirror.

      Family owned company that puts honesty and ethics first which you don't always see in this industry.

      Cons

      Management believes their own propaganda and believes employees will stay just because this is a great place to work. Because of this pay and benefits lag compared to the industry. Losing good employees because of this.

      Pros

      Boldt takes care of their employees financially, even as an intern they were quick to offer me very competitive compensation for work, travel and housing.

      Cons

      Boldt is selling themselves to companies based on the idea that they follow "lean construction." They spend a lot of time and effort to train you in something that the management doesn't care about, they do it to impress the owners and throw lots of the blame on to the lower level administration.
