Decent pay for the area

Cons

Extremely dangerous work environment, production will always trump safety and you are simply a body to fulfill a job. Upper management does not want safety at this site and they do not care if you get hurt or killed. The site manager is reckless and should have retired about 15 years ago. The condition of most of the equipment on site is deplorable and the lack of care is astonishing.

There are no "pros" in working for this company

Cons

The benefits are horrible. When they acquired our company, they immediately increased our health insurance payments, took away sick time, took away holidays, held back on vacation time earned, laid off whole departments, promoted employees from their other locations to positions they are not qualified for, not to mention their dubious business practices.
