Inside office politics and "good ol' boy club" mentality is very prevalent at certain office locations. Very poor training plan.

I really enjoyed learning a diverse range of skill sets at Bolton and Menk. It also prepared me for the consulting world which was something I needed.

Cons

There are a lack of affinity groups, and there's a lack of LGBTQ support in the office
