Health care is fully paid for by company; 401k match and ESOP (ONLY IF YOU STAY WITH THE COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS MIN.)

Cons

"competitive pay" isn't competitive; if you work for the proposal team then the manager you'll have is unable to receive any feedback, a micromanager, and shouldn't be in charge; working with rude engineers all day is horrible; the "thanks"/recognition you get is one shoutout via teams per quarter

- Great resources - if I had a question there was an expert in the company I could call to get the answer. - Nice culture - I really liked the people I worked with.

Cons

- Pay wasn't the best. - Can get burnt out by the long hours you're expected to work.
