Pros

Communication is evident. Competitive salary and benefits. Employees are held to high standards - which if the company were building the product for me I would want. Great attitude with goal of becoming a world-class organization.

Cons

Silos among departments with management failing to recognize. High rate of turnover among management - but luckily employees stay within company. Finger-pointing instead of taking responsibility.
