Compensation package, opportunities for advancement, great product ability to learn new skill sets as technology grows, the company is being aggressive in new technological advancements This company is very diversified planes and trains

Cons

Some middle management has the lack of decision making skills. (just a lack of training) takes entirely to long to get fixes in-place. to many different data bases in use for computer related functions

Great place to learn and experience the industry with a decent salary and benefits

Cons

Future positioning is questionable and the only site that is really important to the company as a whole is Montreal. The rest are all "second fiddle".
