None at this time that I can think of.

Cons

No decisions can be made in Pittsburgh. They must all be made in Canada. What once was a fantastic company to work for is no longer. They keep laying people off and dumping the work on to one person.

1. Ample free time to concentrate on self development 2. Minimum to no work stress or pressure. 3. Deadlines; what deadlines?

Cons

1. Pay is meager. 2. Bonuses and raises are based on your years of service in the company and not your talent/performance (1% raise and 3% bonus is considered an award).
