The staff is amazing, however…

Nurses, techs, everyone here works hard and has a great work ethic, we are here for the patients…most of us truly love helping others, not just here for the paycheck type job….we have great equipment, we have each others back, great team players..

Cons

Some of the radiology management is subpar, you have some managers with no experience in their field they are managing and some have a “do not care” attitude to improve or do better for the area or patient.

The department I work in helps when need to leave for family or census is slow. I enjoy the department I work in.

Cons

Took away all Bonuses and Incentives. Management stands around waiting for a thank you because they through us a thank you party at the end of the year. Froze raises because they were building a new hospital and then decided not too. But yet we still do not see any compensation from the company who is buying out every doctors office around.
