- Management is absolutely horrible, it is like a constant power contest between management.
- Take forever to email back, unless it revolves around management and beneficial to them.
- Always walking on egg shells, and everything I do I get introuble for, never enough.
- Management will tattle on you for every single thing you do, even if it is not in your job description. It is always back and forth with emails,explaining yourself to management.
-Multiple people who aren't even my manager try to completely rewrite my job description and micro manage me.
I have been extremely stressed for months since I took this job, and I do not recommend this job to anyone, especially starting phlebotomist. This company will take advantage of you, and just use you like a pawn. They do not treat you with respect, and they expect you do work there until respect is earned or given to you. Over all review this job is not worth getting paid as much as Walmart workers do, you might as well work at Walmart, at least you will be appreciated.
