Sink or swim mentality no mentoring of new nurses or doctors Long term employees are leaving in droves Culture of abuse is allowed to continue despite repeated Safe cares Make it so hard to move up the clinical ladder that it is not attainable

A good place if you land with a friendly team of docs as I was.

Cons

Management was toxic and not midlevel friendly. The compensation algorithm was always vague, likely on purpose as I asked three levels of management to explain and no one seemed to be able to do it. My schedules were full to the point of frequent double bookings and yet my productivity was barely above 50% at any time. Not sure what Im missing but never quite understood that!
