Helping people Great co-workers who want to do right by patients and each other.

Cons

Administration does not care about employees or patients. Leadership is top heavy. Continue to create administrator positions but won't hire enough frontline staff to support patients and the care they need.

Company has no carry through involving new concepts. Higher ups set targets, but most of the time these fail, then company eliminates/terminates positions and sometimes the employee also. I have been in this situation twice where my position has been eliminated, in under 5 years of employment. .
