Management at Mercy crushed the mission of Bon Secours after the take over in 2019. The leaders are corrupt and are only driven by money.

Where to even begin? HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT that starts from the very top. They literally hired a bunch of data analysts and new leadership in 2022 then laid off many of their analysts in September of that year! Newly hired management are mindless drones who have no idea how their lines of business are running and what their employees are doing.
