Department management is wonderful, experienced and easy going

Cons

For being a Catholic based company, we have very few religious based holidays given as a part of benefit package. Annually you are given 6 holidays and one floating holiday; would have thought Good Friday and Christmas Eve would have been honored.

Low staff due to higher-ups. More work is place on associates when someone calls out or quits. Leads to poor management. Not much opportunities outside the department, even when earning a higher education.

Garbage insurance Only care about “productivity” aka how much money we make vs how much they spend paying us. As a result, they’re happy to leave us with less than a skeleton crew. Administration is completely out of touch. Pay is low Food from cafeteria is disgusting
