Pros
Daycare staff, coworker support, too many patients put on the schedule with expectation that they all are added on regardless of the amount of staff
Cons
Do not value the employee. Only interest is when it comes time to complete the employee engagement survey. Then they want to give raises to improve the scores. However, they hold raises the year before and then only give 1/2 of the raise the previous year.
