      Pros

      Daycare staff, coworker support, too many patients put on the schedule with expectation that they all are added on regardless of the amount of staff

      Cons

      Do not value the employee. Only interest is when it comes time to complete the employee engagement survey. Then they want to give raises to improve the scores. However, they hold raises the year before and then only give 1/2 of the raise the previous year.

      Pros

      good coworkers makes it enjoyable and we love finding a reason to celebrate. It is nice to be bonded with your coworkers so you work as a team.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible and they are constantly trying to get you to do way more with much much less. The treatment from the higher ups is not good. They don't care what the problems are but prefer to keep their heads in the sand.
