      Pros

      The best thing about this job is your coworkers. You become like family and everyone helps out to get the job done.

      Cons

      Upper management is stuck in the mud and are used to doing things the old fashioned way. They are very closed minded. They laid off the entire Central Billing Office and opened a new one in Greenville SC to save the co money. A lot of experience was sent out the door to train new people and pay them less.

      Human Resources has a committee on the board of directors so HR is always at the forefront. Education and Diversity is core value of the company so they offer good tuition reimbursement and jobs for all. The typical position offers good work-life balance. Also, those whole can develop relationships with executive management will thrive.

      Cons

      Those who expect to be reward monetarily through either promotions or incentive programs will be disappointed.
