      Pros

      Overall, the people who work there are wonderful! I made a lot of friends and had a lot of positive experiences both professionally and personally. Great benefits and generally a good work/life balance. I still prefer St. Mary's Hospital for medical care for my family.

      Cons

      There were a lot of politics and cliques within leadership, which could be difficult to navigate and frustrating at times. Slow to make decisions and get projects approved and funded.
