      Pros

      The pay is excellent when taking into account productivity bonuses. Benefits are consistent with other big industry players. PTO is generous

      Cons

      Little admin support. Insane workloads. Forty million online modules to complete every quarter to keep someone in HR happy. Providers can sometimes feel like widget makers on an assembly line. If you don’t keep up the numbers, they either fire you or make your life miserable. Luckily I had strong productivity numbers but I still got burned out after 9 years (4 with private practice, 5 as Bon Secours employee after we were bought out).

      Lot of good hearted people trying to make a difference.

      Cons

      Hard to make a difference when they never back fill positions. Typical do more with less help attitude. Play favorites most of time.
