Pros

Patient care is still a high priority and has done mostly well. Nurses and nurse practitioners are becoming more respected and involved. Nice benefits and good interactive medical teams

Cons

During this merger, effective but kind people were pushed out and the bully and intimidating ones were kept. HR is not there to support employees.
