The people were fantastic to work with prior to merger.

Cons

The "merger of equals" lie was well spun, but the culture and everything we loved about this place tanked. Benefits have been gutted, employees nickel and dimed. Would not recommend.

Great coworkers to work with.

Cons

Very low pay, not even cost of living wages. Management only looks out for self. Physicians have no consideration for staff that works for them. Administration does not have employees back and does not let hold management or physicians to any accountablity. Patients are not treated well.
