Nice co-workers who feel the exact same way, clean office.

Cons

No raises regardless of workload increase, patient is always right, keeping up with always changing financial numbers despite inadequate staffing.

Usually lighter workload than other hospitals

Cons

There's a lot of drama and certain employees are allowed to bully the rest of the staff with no consequences. These staff members always get the light assignment while the rest get the heavy load. Certain nurses also treat the techs so bad with their bullying they quit, leaving no tech, and the nurse has to do everything. Management knows this but refuses to take action.
