It was a very unorganized company with the home office not backing any of the decisions of management.

Free food. Free drinks. Little work during non-rush hours. Staff is like family. Atmosphere was amazing. Bonchon sauce is also bomb

Home office never assisted. Rush hours were hectic. Customers can get a little on the pissy-side, expecting a fast-food styled restaurant

learned a lot for entry level position, bosses were lenient at times and had a lot of responsibilities managing the front of the house

Cons

the schedule wasn't very flexible and they made employees clean the next door froyo store that they co owned with bonchon. employees weren't paid for cleaning and closing the froyo store and wasn't part of the job description.
