      dubious environment for sales reps

      Pros

      excellent products to sell. outstanding efficacy to promote with low side effects, providers really love the products and are open to sales and promotion

      Cons

      the company will not compensate you for your work. will get credit for only a fraction of sales in your territory. company pushes e-marketing on ready patients, pull back credit for you and tell you that you are not making goal. terrible

      Great Company, Great management

      Pros

      Specific to my territory - management is amazing. Manager supports all reps, does not micro manage. Family feel between reps within Divisions & Nationally. Very competitive with each other but all support each other at end of the day. Company has great niche products within Womens Health - clinically validated but sold OTC. Products in the pipeline for new business and ways to make more $ Cannot say enough about work environment, management, and home office support.

      Cons

      After 3.5 years I have no complaints. If you show up everyday and do your job you have nothing to worry about and you will rewarded.

      Great products to sell. Calling on OB/GYNs. Company allows reps the opportunity to manager their own territory, no micro management.

      Cons

      Small start up that that is still getting the kinks out in regards to incentive comp, marketing materials and benefits.
