Pros

People were ok. Not sure what else to say

Cons

A lot of mismanagement and constantly changing directions. They need to pick a lane.

Pros

Benefits are not too bad.

Cons

Highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen across the board. Since January of 2025, 24 doctors have left this company! Not to mention the countless support staff. I would have to check the list every week to keep up with who’s gone. Once the new president took over, everything began to change. Brand new locations were closed from one moment to the next with barely any warning. Almost the whole virtual team was fired with the ones left over scrambling as to how to manage things now. How do you fire almost a whole department with no plan in place? Out of touch with reality! All bout the money. Barely any flexibility in schedule. You could never use PTO when you truly needed it. Once the schedule was out, you were screwed unless you’re lucky to find someone to swap with you. This company HAD promise, but they’re going to run themselves in the ground at this rate! Just don’t work here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The changes you mentioned reflect a period of transition as we work to strengthen our foundation and support long-term sustainability. This year, we’ve invested in our clinic teams by adding 20% more doctors and 13% more nurses to meet growing demand for appointments. We also streamlined our virtual support group based on client feedback but continue to have 35 dedicated virtual team members supporting clinics and clients daily. We’ve introduced new technology to improve communication and response times, and in some areas, consolidated clinics to focus resources where we can make the greatest impact. Our goal remains to deliver exceptional, compassionate care while creating a positive experience for clients, pets, and team members alike. —The Bond Vet Team

Pros

The mission is genuinely meaningful, helping people and pets is easy to get behind. The teams are full of passionate, hardworking people who care deeply about what they do. Fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. Great potential if leadership learns to slow down and listen.

Cons

Leadership tends to move too fast without thinking through the impact on teams or clients. Priorities change constantly, and communication often feels reactive rather than intentional. Feedback isn’t always heard or acted on, which leads to frustration and burnout. Decision-making feels disconnected from the people actually doing the work.
