Love the mission, but it was super disorganized when I was there (former Support Center employee)
Pros
-Great mission -Innovative company with a cool brand and some perks for employees (that included discounted pet care, which was awesome) -I had a pretty reasonable salary (though not everyone I knew there did/some were underpaid) -Loved working with most of the people -There is a lot of room to move up quickly (if they don't burn you out immediately, which is unfortunately mostly the case)
Cons
-Quick burnout. I resigned within about 3 months (!). Workload was horrendous, people are at times doing 3 jobs in one, and people were constantly dropping like flies and turning over. -Job descriptions don't always equate to what you will do there or what those jobs equate to in the industry elsewhere. -Yes there's room to move up quickly, but I don't always think it's merit-based and is more of a retention play at times or given to those who play "the corporate strategic relationship game" best. Some people do deserve it for sure, though. Just not always. -There are issues with leadership I hope have been resolved since I left. Some leaders were really sketchy and put more obstacles in place than they helped clear for the staff. -Consistently kind, but unhappy staff all around you. They heavily struggle with employee satisfaction, and when I announced I was leaving, multiple people told me they were going to soon too.
