If you want to learn about the auction business this is a good launch pad, but due to toxic management, favourtism, and a CEO with a Napoleon complex it is a very unhealthy company.

Cons

See above, management is really fighting to protect their own turf, not collaborative, very tribal. Colleagues are drawn into this lord of the flies mentality and this is very bad for the company and the employees.

Long hours, terrible pay, no movement other than more work to take on, no reward to higher pay aka just an acceptable hourly in NYC.
