You get to see amazing art. Good for your CV.

Cons

Office politics and bullying are rampant. Low salary, it's common in the art industry but still disappointing. Very slow career progression, you don't get promoted until someone leaves. Stress, unreasonable workload, and people pushing you make you feel obligated to accept it.
