Pros
Hard working, kind, and fun people work at booj. Somehow the company manages to find great people to work for them which made it easy to be there day-to-day.
Cons
Project Managers make an embarrassingly low salary for working 40+ hours a week and being 'on call' 24/7. There is an incredibly high turnover rate of Project Managers.

Pros
For someone who excels in an unstructured environment and wants room to grow this is the place for you. The company is growing but still small enough that everyone knows each other, hangs out on the weekends and works collaboratively. The partners are always around for help or just to be there as friends. Everyone works hard, but its a laid back environment which makes coming to work fun! The dogs, foosball and casual environment cant be beat.
Cons
We are a growing company and with that comes challenges. If you need constant structure and micromanagement this may not be the place for you. However, if you're vocal and work hard this isn't really an issue.
