I have been working at booj for over 5 years and feel very fortunate to be part of such an innovative company! This is the place to be, and we are moving into new territory daily. The company is built on providing a high level of customer service and reinforces that in the way they treat their employees. Everyone is encouraged to carve their own path and given the opportunity to make a difference in the company. From the top down, everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are happy at work and truly care about you.
Cons
We are growing super fast, so in order to adapt, we have change and move quickly. It's really exciting, but can also be a challenge to change direction a lot.
