Pros

I love the culture and freedom to be able express my views. Growth opportunities are readily available. Intelligent and committed people willing to go the extra mile right beside you. Management has dealt well with growth and adapting to a constantly changing environment.

Cons

Along with freedom and growth comes an environment in flux. Product development is always changing so there are occasional hiccups. Occasional late nights and weekend work are required to stay ahead of the incoming requests.

Pros

There are some nice knowledgable people scattered around the office. The few nice people are very easy to work with, which helps improve workflow.

Cons

The management is terrible. They are very disrespectful to their employees. I have heard countless misogynistic and racial comments made in the office.

Pros

For someone who excels in an unstructured environment and wants room to grow this is the place for you. The company is growing but still small enough that everyone knows each other, hangs out on the weekends and works collaboratively. The partners are always around for help or just to be there as friends. Everyone works hard, but its a laid back environment which makes coming to work fun! The dogs, foosball and casual environment cant be beat.

Cons

We are a growing company and with that comes challenges. If you need constant structure and micromanagement this may not be the place for you. However, if you're vocal and work hard this isn't really an issue.
