Pros

There are some nice knowledgable people scattered around the office. The few nice people are very easy to work with, which helps improve workflow.

Cons

The management is terrible. They are very disrespectful to their employees. I have heard countless misogynistic and racial comments made in the office.

Booj is an extremely unique company, providing a flexible, laid-back and fun environment for employees. I have been working here for 1.5 years, during which time I have been able to grow into my position and gain a tremendous amount of experience in my field. I love the open communication and encouraging atmosphere that the company has emphasized, especially as of late. Additionally, they have added quite a bit of structure and outlined details for various processes, which helps create a more organized and effective work flow for everyone involved. I absolutely love the people I get to work with every day, which makes everything that much more enjoyable.

Cons

The flexible work hours and mobile nature of what we do can sometimes mean taking your work home with you at nights or on weekends, or never being able to shut off your mind from your job at the end of the day. However, a recent law has prevented this from happening for those under a certain pay mark.
