      - big company, so good (relatively) processes, pay, relocation - international team and most of the colleagues are nice and smart - positive atmosphere without too much stress. depending on the area of course - no politics at this level

      Cons

      - bad bad data (outdated tech and zoo of a data) - some coasting people
