Pros

New campus is nice, lots of office perks like multiple restaurants and ok looking office places to work. Very international group of colleagues. Opportunities to move roles after a year. Nice to work in travel industry if you love travel. Some employee benefits for travel

Cons

Basically everything else. Culture is a mess, people are overly competitive across teams, not collaborative. Some are bullies, very immature, rude for no reason. Big party culture if you're into that. Very little strategic direction from leaders. Management is mostly all talk, no action but try to force you to 'get in line', definite micromanaging. Despite being international, still one of the least inclusive companies imo. Only inclusive if you fit a certain demographic. Work is all over the place, things are always going wrong, very little accountability, lots and lots of burnout everywhere you look.
