      nice place to retire

      Pros

      low workload, almost no need to do anything. the more you the lower you sink

      Cons

      there is almost no direction. everyone loops in everyone on every email and nobody can make a decision. to top it up you will draw in a parade of all sorts of KPIs, documentation and processes. HR is non-existent and good luck dealing with middle management who are just doing absolutely nothing.
