Pros

This was the best office type job I've had. The job was interesting and speaking to people from all around the world was great. Every day was structured but you still had flexibility in which tasks you'd do that day. Managers were kind and working with people from different countries was great. I felt like I was making a difference in customer's days even from my small role as a customer service rep.

Cons

As part of the customer service job, sometimes customers can be rude. But this is not Booking.com's fault.

Pros

Overall I recommend this employer. The work culture is the best part, everyone is extremely collaborative, processes are clear, and I do feel the company is doing their best to maintain employees happy

Cons

A few things could improve, such as, having a more clear career path for growth, slow decision making, too many layers of decisions.
