Pros

- Great benefits as an employee - fitness, Booking.com properties, etc. - Great office - very good place to work at - International talent - you really get to work with good people from all around the world - DEI is generally good here

Cons

- The employee has no say in their career opportunities - HR truly don't care about employees, which time and time again are treated as checkboxes to be done with - Very (!) Top-Down company. Teams has barely any say in what they will be working on, even if they prove it's good for the business. Any work the team has is dictated from above by 'company priorities' - WLB is a matter of politics. Some employees are working unreasonable hours and others work less than 40 hours a week. You can often see a couple of people in each team who hold the rest of the team on their back while their peers (who understand how the politics works) do the bare minimum - Getting promoted is mainly about politics. It's hard to get seen only by good results
