Pros

work from home options, though this has been threatened

Cons

watched sexual assault and discrimination go on for years. They payed out huge settlements and kept the managers. Fake advocacy, using programs to hire and promote friends rather than use money and time to help the communities you get the funds approved for. highly political managers undercutting projects and each other to keep jobs during vc shuffle, no collaboration, dashed line employees will vanish cutting you off from being able to do core business processes. asked us to review them positively on glassdoor from the senior director level, right before lay offs over hired way past plan, and then fired 20% of staff, no coordination on benefits after, kept investment money they collected with no communication as to when/if you'd see it back. way below industry pay, and if you hire someone at industry pay there's huge pressure to fire them if they're an IC or manager. Left for a 30% raise and was near the top of the pay band at boomi.

Pros

The people, culture and solutions

Cons

Boomi went from a family-like supportive culture to a cut throat, you're only a number type culture in a matter of months. The new C-level team has come in ready to make major changes (which isn't always a bad thing) but has wiped out some very professional and strong people along the way while leaving major gaps in the business. No matter your successes, awards and accolades, you are only a number.

Pros

Great product for small scale projects - implementation for Netsuite, Salesforce or Workday.

Cons

-Very poor culture - Top Heavy leadership, all from Quest; none of the leadership (C-Suite) have software experience in the data integration field and it shows -No Vision or Strategy; guidance changes daily -All of the marketing focus is around Mulesoft; When Mulesoft isn't the largest competitor right now -Most of the employees hired in the last several years are friends, family or former employees from Quest - the lack of vision, understanding of the landscape and the data industry is obvious the second you start to work with any cross functional support team members -Layoffs hit in the last 2 weeks; decisions were not based on performance
