Pros

Nice people on the team, decent base.

Cons

No standardized process. No help from management. Incompetent HR department. Constant flow of conflicting information within organization, broken tools, random changes, layoffs of enterprise AEs as they outsource to lower paid sales team based out of Canada. No loyalty to a long time employees.
