Pros
remote work, the pay is decent but it could be better, colleagues are awesome.
Cons
the pay could be better, they moved pay increases to later in the year if they give them at all, I'm doubtful, the managers absolutely have no idea what they're doing, and honestly it's probably not their fault, half of them don't actually know what their employees do. The new CEO is great except that he's allowing a culture of over work and ridiculous expectations, and most of the company is going off shore to India to cut costs... there's a ton of reasons not to join boomis, I hope they get their act together but it doesn't seem likely.
