Great discount, decent pay, okay spiffs

Pros

40% discount, different months had different spiffs, Ariat spiff month would add up to $200 on paychecks, good hours, if store met sales everyone is paid $1.50 extra for pay period.

Cons

Boots were hard to maintain, no boxes, had to clean bathrooms, $8.00 per hour, certain vendor months had bad spiffs.
