Pros

-Discounts -You get to listen to country music all day -Spiffs -Occasional Rodeo Tickets -Eye Candy

Cons

-Like any other retail environment there are a bunch of washed up, catty women who like to start an immense amount of drama. -It’s easy for your co-workers to steal your sales - and they will. -I’m addition to sales, you are required to sweep, vacuum and clean the bathrooms at closing time.

The people you work with make the job fun. And the customers are mostly friendly and down to earth. The job is fairly simple as well.

Cons

There were tons of management issues, and a constant issue with a coworker stealing commission. For all the work you put in, you should get something out of it.
