      Pros

      Compensation is good compared to other contracting companies I interviewed with. Social interaction with colleagues is highly, highly encouraged, and does very well to promote professional growth.

      Cons

      Environment is friendly, however highly professional, almost to the point of being overbearing. This coincides with the firm's image and certainly goes a long way to establishing Booz Allen as the best, but I could stand to feel a bit more relaxed, particularly in the Booz Allen facilities.

      It's great for business analysts but there's not a lot of senior technical mentors Many non techies doing techie work

      Pros

      Great place to start a career right out of college. Training at first is minimal. I was put onto a project within four hours of my first day.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be promoted your first year.
