      Pros

      You can take your career in nearly any direction afterwards. Young, educated, well-rounded staff. Assessment process is very detailed. Name recognition.

      Cons

      Consulting for the federal government can be very frustrating because it is highly resistant to change. Need to drink some of the "kool-aid"

      Pros

      Fantastic, smart, driven coworkers. Room to advance if you want to. Professional development opportunities abound. You have the room to grow in all areas, professionally--writing, speaking, selling, and IT/engineering.

      Cons

      Despite saying otherwise, the senior management leaves very little room for life outside of work. They focus too much on "overhead," making money hand over fist while overworking their employees. It's easy to get burnt out.
