I loved working there, great college job. It was kind of a what you make it situation when in management.

Cons

A lot of OT put in and promises made from area coaches/regional but no real follow through. Partly my fault, but it was mostly a “we appreciate you, you do an amazing job, we want to do something for you” but then couldn’t even get a 25 cent raise
